The law General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is for the whole of the EU. In Dutch it is called de privacywet de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG).
How to install:
- Go to https://www.cookieconsent.com/ and choose your compliance preference
- copy the code
- Login to your journal and in the left menu go to Settings > Website > tab Plugins
- click on the little arrow in front of the Custom Header Plugin > Settings
- Paste the code in the Header Content field
